Most picked ones that came with a gold star and a dental plan. Unfortunately, I ended up on the path they redacted. My weapons growl at me. My medicine somehow surpassed me. And whatever I’ve done to my body is probably going to evolve me into a god—or a very, very powerful puddle of meat. Joy. Oh, and the universe rewarded me with the ability to be “sincere.” Permanently. Yes—Involuntarily. Which sounds almost noble. In fact, the worst decisions of my life have all been subjectively reasonable and somehow never my fault— 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗵. … Never entirely my fault? Anyways—saving everyone wasn’t supposed to be my problem.
