It has been three years since the system descended upon earth and a lot has changed. Twice a year one thousand people are chosen to be aspirants in the systems trials, yet less than one hundred have successfully survived them. Damian hoped he would never have to participate. While he was an avid hunter his main passion had always been studying folk lore and mythology. He finds himself fighting for his life on the latest trial night however and nothing in his life will ever be the same again. Hopefully he can dust off his hunting skills quickly, because they may be the only things that could keep him alive.
