When humanity was on the brink of extinction, a nameless old deity gave them hope, and brought them to the new world. However, everything wasn’t right, those brave ones became hunted by the oversized creatures of the gargantuan forest, and not only they were mauled to death, unfortunate victims of screeching magical leeches lunged at their face, sucking the soul out of them, now doomed to be used as a fuel for whatever magic-craft the leech has. However, in times of hardship, people thrived and fought, till they built civilization.
