Over the 2 years after Nyx remembered his past life, he lived a good life with his family. He took his csses seriously and learned all of the topics his tutors had for him very quickly.

  Other than his studies, he spent a lot of time with the rest of his family. Lilith loved to py with him.

  His mom still loved to dress him in cute clothes.

  And his father was as doting as ever.

  For him, the more time that went on, the more he felt like he was always Nyx.

  In truth, this was the case. His soul and Nyx’s were the same. They are one and the same.

  He loved his life now.

  Outside of his family, he did also start interacting with others as well.

  At the age of 13, most nobles go to the capital for a formal dispy ceremony. This was to bolster retions between noble houses. A few months before he fell into his coma and woke the memories of his past life, Liltih had gone for hers. Since Nyx was still too young, he had stayed back, being watched by his grandparents.

  Lilith made friends at this ceremony and they would come to visit her. Whenever this would happen, Nyx would be dragged in to spend time with them as well.

  Nyx was ok with this. All of her friends were very nice, and all quite simir to Lilith.

  He often overheard them talking about how they wanted a little sister like him. For some reason, he never corrected them, just accepting what they said.

  Stangly, over the two years, Lilith also started to say things like that as well. Every now and then, she would call Nyx her younger sister.

  She also became far more clingy when she was home.

  The other major change that happened over the two years was that Lilith had started to go on hunting trips with Hadron. Nyx understood this was to raise Litiths level, something that normally did not happen before a person started at the royal magic academy.

  These trips are what Nyx believes lead to Lilith becoming more clingy to him.

  He had also seen her training more often and noticed she was much more powerful then what his character was when he pyed the game.

  And now, it was time for Lilith to start her time at the royal magic academy.

  “Nyx, do you have everything you need? We are going to be gone for about a month?” my mom asked me while I was packing some of my stuff.

  Currently, we are getting ready to take Lilith to school.

  Lilith is starting the royal magic academy soon, and we are going to the capital to drop her off.

  The school doesn't start right away, but she has to take the pcement exam before she starts. While waiting for those results, we are going to be staying in the family's mansion in the capital.

  This was the first time I was leaving the area around our mansion. Mom would sometimes take me into the city with her for some shopping, but that was really rare.

  But now, we are going on a trip.

  The capital wasn’t too far from our house, so it was only about a day's trip to get there. But we would be there for a while.

  I was going over to make sure I had everything I needed, like clothes, but also some books for studying.

  “Yes, I am ready” I say, after making sure I had everything I needed. From there, the maids grabbed my bags and brought them out to the carriage we were taking.

  I then went with my mother, who was waiting outside my room.

  “Let's go wait for your father and sister” she says with a big smile.

  They should have been going over some things that dad wanted to tell her before she started school. I guessed this was about the family's status and things like that, but I wasn’t sure.

  Eventually, mom and I made it out to where the carriage was waiting for us to leave. There were multiple carriages, one for the four of us, and one for our stuff and the few staff members coming with us.

  The mansion in the capital has a light staff year round to maintain the house. This is to make sure it is good for dad’s use whenever he has to go to the capital for his work as the count. But when we pn to use it for a longer period of time, the head of the staff there hires new staffers while we are there.

  When dad expined it to me, the former head butler for our mansion retired, and instead of just not having a job, he started working at the mansion in the capital.

  This is something that their family has been doing for a long time. One day, the current head butler at our mansion is going to do the same.

  There are a lot of staffers whose whole family worked for us. Dad prides himself on treating all of the staff very nicely. He pays them much more then the average pay for staffers.

  This is because when he was growing up, the current head butler's father basically raised him. After his family was killed that is.

  Eventually, dad and Lilith come out of the house. They were followed by staff holding there things as well.

  Lilith was bringing a lot more than anyone else was, since she wouldn’t be coming home for a while.

  The royal magic academy was a boarding school, and it had only a few breaks a year. Unlike in my past life, the school went year round, with only a single week between the years.

  This very much meant that there was a good chance I would not see Lilith over the next few years.

  This was for several reasons.

  But I was going to make the most of my very limited time with Lilith.

  “All right” dad started after the staff finished putting all the stuff in the carriages. “We should get going. It's a long ride to the capital” he said with a smile.

  Dad loved trips like this for some reasons. I remember when he, mom and Lilith visited the capital for her social debut ceremony. He was so excited. That was the first time that Lilith had left the territory.

  And now it was my first time, so he was just as excited.

  He rushed the three of us into the carriage and called for the drivers to start the ride.
