RSTUM's System was consisted of the following things:-
The Basic Information: Name, Level, Race, Class.
The 5 Attributes: Strength, Endurance, Agility, Wisdom, Intelligence.
The Characters Talent: Indicated by a percentage and defines which Seven Elements they can use. They were also graded by levels.
The Skills: Mostly Passive Skills. They would also grow in levels. Magic is also part of the skills.

It contains most of the old elements of the system but in a shorter and simpler fashion.
The Basic Information: They all remain the same.
The 5 Attributes: They all remain the same.
The Skills: Each skill is not associated with levels but with the Character Attributes exactly like D&D, the world's most popular RPG. Being skilled is something that means one is proficient (D&D term) and this skill can be used in regards with the Attribute Score more effectively.
The Characters Talent: Instead of a percentage, we go for the simpler ranking system of S, A, B, C, D, E and on the top of them all representing Leon's Talent, EX Rank. The percentage still exists and it represents growth speed.
The Magic: Previously, it was part of the skills. Now, it has its own category with letter ranking to indicate how much a character is proficient in each School of Magic.
The Titles and the Perks: Two sides of the same coin. They are abilities and powers that are associated with the character either positively or negatively. Achievement titles like (Killer) or (World Class-Thief) cause the character to become a better killer or thief altogether without indication to how much the character benefits. Only the name suggests how effective a title is. Perks are the same but they are more like powers, some perks come and go like the Class Modifier perks.
