Before returning home, there is a curiosity that I want to satisfy.

  [abilities] and [skills] are two specific types of the System. The former are mainly attributed to objects, the latter include magic and other capabilities to beings.

  I observe the ivy and take the decisive step forward.

  The tails give me the Atmosphere-eater. I stick it in the ground and take a step back. Now I'm on the edge of the abyss and the magic should work.

  The blow goes off and instead of exploding it crystallizes in a fantasy of shockwaves on the surface of the sword.

  It opens its eyes and changes, enveloping and consuming the magic. It takes a few seconds but I don't notice any anomalies.

  When the meal is finished, I go closer and take the Atmosphere-eater out.

  I have no doubts at this point. [skills] are not allowed in the [Sanctuary] but [abilities] work properly.

  On my next exploration, I will show up well armed and I will try to get to the bottom of this mystery.

  For now… better to go home.
