Eavena woke in pitch blackness, which was quite refreshing, until she remembered her Husband. She had fallen asleep in a Human Bedroom, even if a massive one capable of sleeping a hundred people, if they were comfortable enough to snuggle with each other, as they all were. So once she remembered this, she knew, if it were real, then this pitch blackness didn't make sense. She let out a sob of sadness, assuming she had somehow dreamt that wonderful night, with so many loving women, and an amazing man. Sure it must have been a dream, those eye coverings couldn't possibly be real, nor that solid structure one couldn't see, with Undines in it. The echo of her sob then returned to her, and the blackness was small. She was on a bed, a comfortable bed at that. She had heard a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. Her own clothes were hung on the rack. She couldn't really hear anything else, aside from a door handle, even the door couldn't really be heard, she assumed it must be there, but she couldn't hear it.
She got to her feet, and slowly moved around the room, she checked the contents of the drawers, and though it wasn't how she would have sorted them, all her clothes were there, she spent a little time correcting that, then putting on her clean underthings. She then reorganized the wardrobe, before putting on her outer clothes. Only then did she realize she was slightly sore, in a very pleasant way. With wonder filling her eyes, that nobody else could see, she began to have hope, that perhaps last night wasn't actually a dream. She went to the doorknob, half expecting it to be locked, but it was easily opened.
Eavena sounded again, and discovered another space she couldn't hear, except for yet another doorknob. She left the door open, as she progressed, opened that door, only to find another space identical to this one. Slightly less encouraged, she kept going, realizing that at least so far, none of the doors were locked. When she had reached the fifth identical such space, she had almost given up hope, but this time, she could almost hear a gap around the door. Upon opening this last door, the pleasant sounds of nighttime filled her somehow noise starved ears. She was free after all, and the sounds that greated her ears, included the building that couldn't be seen. With another sob, this time of joy, and relief, Eavena realized she was indeed in her new home, just a room that was all for her. A babie's cry could be heard coming from the house, and more precisely the Bedroom. Eavena rushed to the house, and into the room to be greated by the loving if tired smiles of her sister wives, and her Husband Mark. She flung her arms around him, with wracking sobs.
"I think I messed up. Maybe I shouldn't have taken her to the new room while she was asleep." Mark said as Eavena sobbed into his chest. "I thought i dreamed you, I woke up in the dark, alone, and I thought it was all in my head!" Eavena screamed through he sobs. Mark tightened his arms around her, and her sister wives embraced her from all sides in turns, each trying to give their own comfort. "I'm sorry love, I meant it as a kind gesture, to give you a room to escape during the day if you needed to, the kids are super noisy, and you're meant to sleep in the day, when they're working, and playing. I won't surprise you like that again, I'll make sure you're awake if I move you again. I'm really sorry!" As her sobs died down, her libido rose up, and she demanded with her body to be claimed, and made whole, who was I to refuse? When She was satisfied, baby Hope had finished nursing, and was finally sleep.
"I'm feeling better now, let me hold the baby!" My scalekin lover handed little Hope over to Eavena, and the tyke settled into her leathery wings as if it was the most natural bed for her. Now a gentle smile was on Eavena's lips as she held our newest child. Before long, I had fallen asleep, and Eavena had taken full control for Hope's night time care. When I woke again, I saw Hope nursing, as Eavena now very tired held her in place. She never woke her Sister Wife to feed the baby, but just put her on the breast, and held her there. I smiled at the tender sight. "Once I eat dinner, or I guess it's your breakfast, I'll go to bed. The room is perfect, better than I could have dreamed, just the fact you weren't there, it really scared me." I hugged her from the side, not wanting to jostle Hope during her feeding. "She quite the stinky one, I can tell you. Must have changed ten diapers last night." I chuckled. "Not surprising, she's making up for lost time right now, so extra diapers aren't the least bit out of character. I'm just glad I thought ahead, and made sure we had diapers even without babies to wear them. Did you even put her down last night, aside from feeding and diaper changing?" She shook her head. "Not a chance, this is my baby too, I'm taking all the cuddle time I can get, at least for now, besides I think my wings make a better baby bed than any stupid crib."
Hope detached herself, being finally full, and Eavena picked her up again, only to sigh. "Another diaper down!" I chuckled, and kissed her, then got the next diaper ready, and took Hope to clean her up. Wripple being up, provided a little cleansing assistance, which was greatly appreciated, and I fastened up her clean Diaper, while adding the dirty one to the pile to be laundered. Christy's nose started sniffing, and she woke up groggily. "Guess I know what I'm doing first." She smiled sleepily at Hope in my arms, as she cooed at me. "She's gonna be just fine now. Not that she's really out of the wood yet, but she's clearly on the mend. I wish we had a magical healer nearby, but alas the odds of finding one of them here is next to zero, and even less if they were an indentured servant, as a slave forget it, not possible. Not that I want a slave, but you know. I guess I'll head into town in a bit with Marie, to see if there's anything to be done." Marie groaned as she stretched luxuriously. "Yeah I'm good to go!" She yawned. Theresa giggled. "Not till you're fed, and i suppose dressed." So saying she slipped out of bed to get dressed for the day, and start cooking.
Marie and I entered the town, and because there was one, we decided to check the Slave Trader who was in town. When I looked in the slave cage itself, my heart about stopped. If Marie was my elder sister, then the women in the cage were my younger sister, a cousin, and even a niece. I didn't care what skills they had, they races didn't even register, only their faces. "I want those three, and I want them NOW!" I dropped five gold on the table. The trader didn't even blink, simply swiping the Gold into his purse, and dealing with the paperwork. "Mark what are you doing? I thought you didn't want any slaves!" My fists clenched an unclenched in agitation. "You know how I said you looked like my elder sister, well one of them looks like my younger sister, one like my cousin, and one like my niece. Might be a stupid reason to buy them, but I can't not buy them." She hugged me tight. "No matter what they look like, you're going to give them children, no ifs ands or buts about it. You're going to treat them just like the rest of us, we won't tolerate anything else, so you better come to terms with that, you just bought three more wives, even if they can't be legally freed anytime soon." Her statement shocked not only me, but the slaves I was buying too. The trader having missed the comment. "I know, I won't let them down, I know they aren't my family, but I still couldn't stand the thought of those girls being with anyone else!" I finally analyzed them. Jenna, deerkin, Healing Mage apprentice, Tammy, Wolfkin, Shieldmaiden, Essie, Tigerkin, Earth / Wind mage Novice

I blinked in surprise. Three new species for our family, and exactly what I need to add to my Questing Party. "Well that's almost creepily convenient." Marie looked at me questioningly. "Later, perhaps at the Guild Hall." Once the paperwork was finished, we headed first to the Tailor's shop, where not only the Tailor, but her daughter were in the store. Matilda, the Tailor was a horsekin, but her Husband was a Donkeykin, and their daughter, a Mulekin, her name was Amanda, and on a whim, I analyzed her, and as I expected she was Baren, just like Mule's on Earth were. I took a silver ring from Storage, and placed it on Amanda's finger much to the surprise not only of her and her mother, but of Marie as well, but once the surprise was past, she smiled, and hugged Amanda, to her further consternation. "Sorry Amanda, but God has decreed that you are my wife, because I am literally the only man who can give you children, when you want them that is." She looked at the ring on her finger, then at Marie's two rings intertwined, and then with tears of joy dripping down her cheeks hugged me fiercely, and kissed me on the mouth as if it were the most natural thing ever.
"Mark lad, what do you mean you're the only one who could get my girl pregnant?!" I smiled somewhat sadly. "When a Horsekin, and a Donkeykin have a child, regardless of which parent is which, that child, male or female, is infertile. I however have a VERY high Sexual technique. Because of that, I have two perks, one that lets me toggle if I can impregnate someone, I got that second, and the other that makes it so I can ALWAYS impregnate my partners, regardless of time of month, species barriers, or outright infertility. Until someone else were to unlock the first perk, nobody else could give her babies, and at least right now, what are the odds of that? Besides it'll be good to have a Tailor to teach the kids. I'll need your help setting up her own Tailor Shop/class at my Farmstead, but first, I want these girls setup for outfits. At least three sets per season, and plenty of undergarments, new stuff mind, not rags, they're my family now, collar or not."
The three slaves eyes went wide at my statement. "Mistress?" asked Jenna timidly. "Hmm? What is it dear sister?" Jenna's eyes popped wider if that were possible. "Did you mean what you said earlier, that we get to try for babies with Master?" Marie smiled. "Oh sweetie, you get to do more than try, you get to HAVE babies, all of you, when you're ready that is. He won't force you, but when you're comfortable, and want to actually have a baby of your own, just say the word, even if he hesitates, he'll do it, and love it, and you, and the babies. Also, just call us by name, or sir for him, and mam for the rest of us, if you need to be formal for whatever reason. I don't know exactly what he's got planned for you three, but let me just say, I was a slave, and Mark was my master, now he's my husband, so you really are family now!"
All three of the girls were absolutely gobsmacked that Marie used to be a Slave like them, and now was a wife to her former master. They got fitted for their clothes, and dressed all in a daze, only to be bustled off to the tailor to get fitted for armor, then the smithy for the Old Man to equip them with what they individually needed, luckily he actually had two staves on hand that could be enchanted to account for the two mages, as well as daggers for close quarters fighting should the need arise, but the old man was quite surprised when Marks asked for Essie's Staff to also have lightning elemental glyphs. "Mark lad, nobody has been able to use lightning magic in over two thousand years, it's amazing that I even know the Glyphs! Why should this lass need that?!" Mark just chuckled. "Do you know what lightning is?" The old man shook his head. "Lightning is caused by dust in the air, being pushed around, and knocking against each other by,... WIND This creates a static charge between the different pieces of EARTH, until it reaches a breaking point, at which time lightning is formed to balance the Protons, and Electrons again. Thunder is the sound of the air which got shoved aside by the lightning crashing back together. It's literally a Thunder Clap." So saying Mark clapped his hands.
He then instructed Essie to swirl some dust with her wind magic, and will lightning to zap the archer's target. Being a slave, she couldn't disobey, even if she thought it was stupid, but to everyone else's surprise, if not Mark's, it actually worked. "My class, it evolved to a lightning elemental caster!" Mark just smiled. "Knowledge truly is power, the more you know, the more you understand, and the better you can adapt to the world around you."
The next stop naturally was the Quester's Guild, where all three slaves were added to Mark's card, to their utter shock, and Marie's. "You were going to tell me something here right?!" Pearson simply lead us to a private room, knowing it was better safe than sorry, especially with Essie's Class. Ruth had already figured something was up, when I entered with three slaves, so she was already waiting. "Ok Mark, out with it! I know I'm only your second Mother, but I know when you're not acting norm,..." Her voice cut off as the girl's classes were shown to her. "Life mage, Shieldmaiden, and a LIGHTNING ELEMENTAL CASTER! How in the Goddess name did you manage to force THAT evolution to appear!?" Mark smiled sheepishly. "I know what lightning actually is, so when I saw her Earth and Air affinity, I knew she was a latent lightning mage. Lightning magic is just a combination of Earth and Wind Magic, so that's that."
"That's that he says, so simple he says, this is the THIRD TIME you've forced an evolution that either never has, in the case of Marina's War Master, or hasn't been seen in Millenia, the fact any smith, let alone one her in South Haven knows the Glyphs still is miraculous when nobody has needed them for so long. Bet the old coot was super happy about that too. Still buying slaves isn't like you, their abilities are amazing to be sure, but why did you ACTUALLY buy them?!" "Because of who they remind me of, my younger sister, my niece, and my cousin, from before. You know." Ruth pulled me into a Hug after that. "Of course you couldn't leave them, even if they were worthless, you had to buy them. Sorry for the third degree, I'll message your Mother, so she,a nd your Father will know before you bring them home." Amanda was standing awkwardly behind us. "Oh, I see another finger with a silver ring, welcome to the family dear, I'm one of your Mothers, when I'm not the Guildmaster, I'm Ruth." So saying she hugged Amanda, and then all three slaves to their utter surprise. "You girls are family too, that's just the way of things, and I look forward to seeing Grandchildren out of each of you. THERE WILL BE CHILDREN CORRECT SON?!" I nodded my head with conviction. "Honestly I think I might just start making babies with everyone. waiting for a "good" time, is just plain stupid now I'm thinking a little more clearly." Ruth smiled. "That's better! Only having a few of your wives pregnant when you could impregnate all of them is just unfair. So far only Rose, Wripple Spashta, Alian, your two egg layers, and our pretty elf girl got pregnant, so the others are probably chomping at the bit to have theirs, why they haven't demanded babies already I don't really know, I mean the Orphans are great, but bearing your own is something else again." All four of them were bulging eyes, while Marie just simpered, knowing she'd be getting a baby started that night.
Amanda was dropped off, with explanations given to Wripple, and Spashta, then the rest of us went out on patrol. Marie and I power leveled all three Slaves, getting their levels remarkably high in practically no time, when suddenly six Greater Spiny Boars came charging at us. It was a frantic, but short battle, in which we noticed the eyes were all glowing orange. "Me thinks we have another foreign visitor. Let's follow the trail of destruction, and see if we can't bag us another monstrosity." Marie nodded, and the other's gasped as I put the six huge carcasses into storage. As we followed the Boar's path, to no surprise of Marie and I, we found another green pustule covered being, but before Marie could loose an Arrow, Essie let loose a blast of Lightning, followed by several earth spikes, propelled by massive wind gusts. The Lightning turned one leg to ash, but the spiked bounced back off a shield, and Tammy's quick reflexes were all that saved Essie from death, though she caught a nasty shard across her cheek, only for Jenna's healing magic to remove the damage. "Essie, try another lightning blast, bug aim for center mass, right where its heart should be." I shouted, and she quickly complied, and the bolt of energy slammed home. I quickly bagged the thing, and we returned to the guild. "That's three, this is a pattern now, whatever else, we know this is intentional now."
