Prologue

The world was turned to ash in my slumber. My Wife and Daughter burned by the flames of hell. My skin was charred and my life tattered. Bandages now wrap my skin, a sword in my hand and my eyes beaming with revenge. The day will come when that monster pays for his actions.

It's hard to breathe, hard to speak, hard to see. Since the day that meteorite fell, my life had become a living hell. Everything I had was taken in a moment, leaving only despair and suffering behind in its wake.

I screamed, cried, punched the ground and held the ashes of my own child in my hands. No father should have to suffer such things. No husband should be left behind, so lonely and cold.

Now, where I walk, I leave behind death in my steps. Carnage in my path. Crosses follow the trail of bodies that I have left behind me. The only thing that doesn't follow me is mercy. It wouldn't dare to show its face after sparing me not a drop of its power.
