...
You took the flute from the servent, observing every single detail, a bamboo stick; formed into a regular reed pipe of some sort, yet you sense such power rising from the holes of the flute, a sense of might of the nature. You sense harmony, envy; and jealousy, the feelings that green-dressing servant felt, a tool of such emotions is unvital in the land of battle. The headless bodies are still pined to the earth. as they slowly are devoured by soil, you trudge your way through.
Yet, your stroll was interrupted, as the beheaded have rised before turning to ashes, the only way through is by passing through their unconscious corpses, and you were chosen to put them to rest. You hold your sword high, and proceed for a fight. One of the warriors advance through their brothers, their movement are slow like a lethargic river, even the beheaded do not stand walking on their friends who aided them in their war.
The warrior tries with all their power to pierce their sword in the air, you block it and stab through the warrior's heart. You watch their body fall to the ground, like a piece of litter: thrown in the ocean. The other warrior observes the scene, they move towards the back, holding their sword up to their chest, you grudge towards them, a sea ready to crush the ships, you sense something from the beheaded head, as it begins to split up, revealing a minion made by rotted mountains of flesh. The minion exits the divided body, as the body falls to the ground, the minion screams is far, far louder than a crying toddler.
You take a glance at this ferocious creature, made from meat and only meat; no skin to cover the rotted flesh. The minion howls and rushes towards you, you stab through the meat of the minion, your sword pierced freely through the rotted mountain of flesh, you throw the minion away, it has not died yet, it launches towards you, the only response is to step away and push the minion. It loses it's balance, but manages to remain still, it throws a punch, aiming towards your gut, it's the highest it can reach. The punch effect lasted shortly, you cut the minion's neck, the blade smoothly slashed the neck. Half the neck is now cut, the minion falls to the ground, and you proceed your journey.
You trudge your way towards Pictor's house, the scenery did not change, blood and bodies, ashes and melted snow, you reach Pictor's house.
Albert nowhere to be seen, Gabriel are not in here too, you peek towards the house; looking for Chiyo, she was there, you walk to her for questions that will fill your curiosity.
"Dear Chosen one, speak thy desire, if thou are desired", her voice was like a melody from a pure instrument resembling beauty, that makes you remember the flute in your possession; you present it to her. "Chosen one, thou ended the green Geisha?", she looks at the ground, away from your stare, "Thank thee, tis for the better.. I imagine", a burst of ideas hits you, why does she looks that wistful? she ordered you to do it, that's not the reaction you should receive. You blankly stare at her, even with her mask on, you can read what's behind; the eyes of a regretful red fox.
"I have something I shall do, sorry, Chosen one, I must go now."
She left the scene in a hurry, like something urgent just happened, a fox running from henhouse. You leave the place be, now it's time to check the two, Pictor and her sister Scriptor.
You enter the house, the home of knowledge and such, the two sisters are sitting in their own seats; their own place, the planks of the house, Pictor notices you, "Welcome home, Chosen one", her coughs are now manageable, Scriptor now can stand up back on her feet, you greet her and sit down. "Welcome, Chosen one, yearning for knowledge, I asure?", she stares at your eyes, "No story to be told, I beg your pardon", she coughs.
"I can say that your starvation for knowledge is admiring, we are a great ship of travelers, ruling the ocean of knowledge, yearning for it, our thirst never fade; nor our hunger, for wisdom, the sea is open for us, but even the ocean of knowledge have it's own stumbling blocks; and it's own wrong leads, beware of the obstacles, and follow the heart of the sea", she adjusts her seat, and lay back, "I shall rest now", she coughs, "I shall bid thee farewell."
You stand up, and sit in front of Pictor, "Hm, thou in need of something?, I need to tell thee about a message", she doesn't wait for your answer, she counties her speech.
"That knight, told me about something, a message to tell", she pauses, "...He said ‘That hunter had a questioning aura around him, his purpose only make him more distrustful, I shall follow them and uncover the truth; I swear by my sword and oath as a knight from afar, from Flavius land?, that is what I recall from his words."
You stare at the groun, thinking about what this words may mean, you ask Pictor about Chiyo.
"...Dear Chosen one, I have a tale for you about the Servants nature, the servants are humans, with less humanity than the human; they are born to serve and obey, the Geisha sisters are all servants from the Land of blood, to the Ashikaga clan with their leader, a noble warrior granted the way of blood, a warrior that was killed and poisoned by an unknown assassin, the six Geisha sisters blamed the Orain, another set of four servants, the Orain blamed them back. They both flee out the land to serve a new ruler, and the Geisha chose Agni, the ruler of the land of Chaos. The geisha now are in search for a new ruler after the death of Agni, and in search for their Lord killer, that killed the Lord of blood", you nod, simply amused, you flee of the place, while hearing the desperate coughing of the sisters.
Chapter 6.1: The way of the Knight.
After exiting the house, you sense only the stillness and pace in the place, no one is abroad, only one of a familiar wearings; Aemilius, that one hunter who helped you to walk through the Cavum Hamlet, you get to him, and stand silently in front, "Ah, haven't saw thee in a long time now, Welcome", he uttered, "I have a question for thee, have thou saw Albert?", a question that seems out of place, you glue your mouth up, "No?, I apologize for interrupting thy doing, but can thou lend me a hand on this manner?", he requested; his request sure have something to do with Albert and Gabriel, you nod, "Wonderful", he cheered, "I want thee to look after Albert, if thou findst him, I beg of thee", you slightly nod; right away, your curiosity own gut is starving like a hungry infant, "Oh, thank thee, please accept my apology, I have nothing to offer for the time being."
You look around, nothing to be seen, where did Albert go? "Ah, of course, Albert had gone to the Valley, right before the city of king Boreas", said Aemilius, The valley? you set your journey to there.
You go behind Pictor's house, walking towards the valley, to discover what's hidden inside such place, even though you don't have any information regarding the place, but alas; there's nowhere to go.
The place is stunning; such glamorous feeling comes from it, the snow; the mountain tops, and the beautiful scenery of the city of Boreas ahead, silence is this place unique trait, quiet as a Graveyard, quiet as death...
A place that even with such beauty, have such an appalling aura, a cemetery for warriors; all covered by earth, down your feet. You see the Blacksmith you saw in the Cavum hamlet, he ran away when the hunt destroyed the place he called home, it seems, you approach him, his eyes meets your own, as he greet you with this dirty tone of his, "Welcome, traveler, didn't see thee for a little while, hm?", you nod, the edge of his hammer are getting tarnished by the breezing wind.
"Lend me a hand here, this place are notably quiet, yet somewhat you feel ill-at-ease for whatever reason", he gaze at your eyes, his words are right, why this place is quiet all of a sudden?, "Probably just illusions, when you sit besides those maniacs, thou will know what I mean, those Cavum beasts are more than obsessed", he says, "Have thou seen that guide beast anywhere?, I want thee to look for them..."
You ask him about what he might mean, "Me and the merchant disgust this guy, he always stick his nose when it doesn't belong to, I don't want to see him ever again, please do not let him pass by this place, finding a place like this is hard alone."
You nod and simply go on your way, looking for Albert and Gabriel, as you were ordered to, even though you were not ordered to look for Gabriel at all, yet the eyes of Pictor told you to, that is what you thought, even though a Cavum like the likes of you shall not experience such a matter, wherefore are you here, in the first place? a body strolling the place like you own it, the true owner is your soul, your soul are leading you to what's best. As you proceed, you are greeted by a snow storm, you feel the wind, calmly lifting you up, to somewhere else; you cannot see as the snow are blocking your sights, you land however, greeted by someone unfamiliar, a fresh new face, besides a cemetery, the place looks still like the valley: yet you somehow feel unfamiliar.

"Welcome, Cavum, tis your first time passing by graves? tis no matter, I will help you, I am Aislin, the daughter of the Gravekeeper, who is now killed by thy hands", she greeted, "I am the new Gravekeeper now, as thou see the graves hither, they are all in place, even the ones thou killed, they all live as a form of Ombres. Come on, enter the cemetery", she requested, you enter, and see all the ones that have been killed, all the ones who died from diseases, or from wars, a Ghost approaches you, as you blankly stare at them, "Traveler, the one who holds Demios's fire, I'm Katsu, here to tell you a message I forgot to tell in my living form", you nod; wanting to hear what she says, "Chiyo, is not what she seems, please, stay away from her at once", you nod, as you do not know how to respond, the green servant jealousy of Chiyo is quite clear. You leave her in her position, to see the other graves, Octavius, Iovita, all here; all deceased, you feel a piercing eye, stabbing through your heart, by the ones you've killed, yet tis for the sake of everyone, right?
You're greeted with yet another Ghost, an unknown to you, a stranger, "Oh, you must be that chosen one I've heard about in this cemetery, what a tale I might add", you blankly stare, "No matter, I shall note, that you are not chosen to do anything, you are a part of a quest that doesn't need to be done, but I guess greed plays a role, or did that servant fooled you to be yours? is that what you really want?"
You exit the cemetery, looking into Aislin, "Cavum, you did see the spirits?, as a Gravekeeper, I shall be always by them, to talk and communicate, or alas they flee to the wrong way", wrong way?, you ask her about it, "The place for souleaters, they take the soul's power to aid them", she replied, "Cavum, I sense something in thy soul, a fire, a blazing flame", you stare at her, "Tis no matter, I know what thou are looking for, A knight and a hunter following the knight, they did pass by this place", you nod.
"Cavum, as an idiom in my village says, ‘Hōm fò vratch sū Rarteo, thar omabren tisra vratch’, do not look back, the shadows are looking", you nod and go away, as the ash swarm you again to return to your original spot.
Chapter 6.2: Aryuu Souru i-ta.
You advance through the road, thinking about your purpose, is it the right thing to do? or prechance... You are a tool for something peculiar? suddenly, you hear a loud howl from afar, an alien-like beast; stares and howls, walking with it's fours, you froze in your place upon hearing the scream; not from fear, not from the cold, but an aura from the beast that is so powerful it freezes anyone by a single gaze, your sword leaves your hand, covering itself by the snow. The beast screams yet again, it jumpes from the mountain to your level. It's gaze piercing through your soul, like a icespear going through a body, making it colder, yet the blood boils, as it approaches you, growling, until it reaches you, it fang gets closer to your face...
Yet, the flame inside you, despite all the cold and freezing, ignites itself; ready to be thrown. It exits from your mouth and meets with the beast eyes, blinding it's vision, you move freely now, and without any hesitation, you take the sword and end the beast's life, as it appears that this a ghost, formed into this beast...
Time pases and you are still walking, nothing happening, only the sounds of the winds and your feet trudging in the snow... Only to see a something wandering in the skies, flying... Dancing freely in the blues, a star in the sky, you stare at the dazzling flying creature; an angelic creature indeed... You continue your walk, passing by them, only to find they are a ghost, as they scream and howl the moment you pass, and dancingly ascendes from the sky to the dirty ground.
You hear the Ghost laughter, a laughter that befits this land of sorrow, as it progress to you, unleashing their formidable might; with a balter before a flat strike, the hit did not impact you at all, you try and counter the ghost with your blade, yet you miss your target, and it just hits you again, with the same motion. You poke it with your sword before it reaches, yet it glides from it like shadows into shade. You manage to land a stab in the Ghost'a body after it avoids your attack, the Ghost backs up to unleash a dreadful scream, a howl that made your thin ears tremble alongside your hands as you cover your ears. In an instant, the Ghost attacks back, you decide to swallow the attack again, yet this time the Ghost attack impacted like a bolt of lightning, you step back to cover distance as the power of this attack is unbearable. The ghost screams and crosses the distance between you, to strike once again, revealing long fangs in it's hand, it pierces right through your shoulder, leaving you slumbering in the ground, weak as a lamb that can't stand the weight of its own wool.
You hear laughter, taunting you, mocking you because of your failure, almost like a human voice; whispering in your ear as you try to step back into the battle, "thou art cannot continue, thou art but a failure in disguise of gallantry", that it what your ears caught... As you stand up, you see the Ghost talking, as it turns the ghost was making the sound of the human voice, mimicing it as it stares away, you stand up and stab the ghost by surprise, ending it.
Chapter 6.3: Boreas Civitas
You reach a massive city at the end of the road, surrounded by mountains, the way to the exit is the same way to the entrance, the sight of such city encircled by the snowy tops and icy winds creates a beautiful sight, you see soldiers guarding the gate to the city, all proud and brave looking; the scenery gives a sense of pride and glory behind the walls of the capital. You notice a sign before the road, it reads "The capital of King Boreas"
You stare at the gate, as the soldiers are still on duty, you approach them holding your blade up to the sky to show pride... they sense you and turn their blades as well.
One slashes from above, hitting the ground, you step back and ready your blade for a poke to the heart, as your blade pierced through his chest; the soldier refused to die, he pushes you for a stab, you back up and pierce his eye, you can see his soul; refusing to leave his body, but he fails to hold his soul back.
The other grabs a horn and calls for reinforcements, you stab his neck to end him immediately.
Chapter 6.4: Inside the City
You open the gate, yet it appears it is heavily closed. How hermetic a mere doorway can be... you stroll around the castle, wishing for an entry. Yet your profit from it is only the bashful winds, hitting your face. Like a playful dancer, moving gracefully, and energetically. You set your eyes upon a door that leads to the inside of this fort, you enter through it to see the massive City of Boreas, it seems rather on the silent side in this area. However... you notice someone at the end of your vision, fighting the soldiers, letting a war cry that tears through the ears of the ones that hear it. They rip the bodies of the remaining threats with their blade, and finish them with a swing of their might sowrd.
You decided to approach this fighter, only to see Gabriel; the former knight of Flavius, "Ah, my friend! I have not seen you in a long time. Have you seen what I have done? To those blind soldiers.", you stare at Gabriel, waiting for him to say another word, "Hmm... Well, now I need to continue my Journey to find that hunter. Don't you find him dubious? Seeking a woman named Maria, yet she never wanted him. I cannot this is normal at all", he replied to your silence. "Farewell, for now. May you find success in your own Journey."
You go on your on journey, trying to find to where the wind leads you in this foul world. The wind breezes an old hut, so you decide to go there. You find someone wearing the colour Violet, with the same mask as Chiyo, holding a violin in her hands. Movingher hand across it to create blissful sounds, "Welcome, traveler from afar, speak thy desire", she greeted. You stare at them, their voice was cold, with little emotion; dead, "Ah, speak thy heart, mine ears shalt hearken", their voice were empty of emotions: their voice were almost tired; sorrowful of some kind.
"...I sell a few vendibles, if thou art willing to buy", you ask about her name, "Hmm, that is a sudden question, I am Akemi, a Servant from afar", you look at her merchandise, as she sells swords, rice, salt, and bread. "Wherefore art thou havt come? Is it far from this Land?" she questioned, you answr her that you are from this land, "You must ba a cavum, then. Welcome to the city of Boreas", she bowed, showing some respect in her voice, alas; your race is gone because of the want of validation. You remember what Chiyo said about Katsu going mad, and you thought that this Servant has also gone mad in some way or another. Katsu accepted the fight immediately when you pointed your sword at her, yet you think tis better to ask Chiyo about this servant first
She continued playing the violin, "Now now, have thou made thy choice? Do thou wish to buy? Or perhaps not... Only a true monarch can make such a choice, I assume", she laughed. You leave the hut and continue your journey.
Chapter 6.5: Akemi, the Servant
The place seems long lost forgotten, the soldiers guarding are the only remaining ones, alongside some folks dwelling the city. You see a large bell at the end of the road, and you decide to ring it...
The bell shattered your ears, and you fall down cause of the hideous sound...
You wake up soon after, yet the clouds on the sky have moved, and the weather changed. the city, however, is the same. You decide to go back to the entrance, only to be greeted by a familiar face. Maria; The Cavum hunter.
"Ah, I have never seen thee for long. What tht business may be in this city?", she asked, you ask her about Albert and Gabriel. She pauses for a mere moment.
"And that is why thou'rt here... I have nothing to do with them, don't open that matter to me again."
"I will keep a keen eye on them, don't be wary" she said, "be on your way now, thou havt thine own business to deal with", and she was correct with that. You have a purpose to serve, perhaps too vague to be seen. You return to Pictor's house, passing by the valley, Asilin nowhere to be seen. You notice Chiyo being present at Pictor's home, you go to her.
"Ah, welcome yet again, Chosen one, speak thy desire, if thou are desired", you tell her about Akemi, she remains silent for some time, then answers your question vaguely "Akemi... Is one of my sisters, one of the youngest of them, she is known for being the wisest of us, the coldest, and the calmest. Yet I bet she went mad as well, looking for anew Lord to serve...", She pauses, "Chosen one, I am sorry to ask for that again... May you slay her? For me?"
You nod.
"Ah, thank thee, I will make sure to grant you a reward for that", she sighs in relief. Now you set your journey yet again to the City of Boreas, as there's nothing left to do.
End of Chapter 6.
