“Why the heck would you want ME a 16 year old med student to help AN ENTIRE ARMY OF DRAGONS?!” yelled Juno in a panicked voice.
“Woah calm down kid, trust me you’re more qualified for the job than you think.” said Lance attempting to calm the panicked girl down.
“What makes me so qualified that you had to take me from my peaceful family camping trip?” she says in a more relaxed manner.
While Juno is yelling at Lance there’s trouble arising on the outskirts of town. There is a rival tribe just across the border of their colorful village. A charred, lifeless wasteland with fire constantly uncontrolled. Homes made of dark stones covered in ashes. These dragons are different from the friendly folk Juno just met. These dragons have experienced scarcity all their lives. Scarce amounts of water, all their food has been already dead and scavenged by birds. Some rely on hunting the scavenger birds but they are significantly smaller compared to the dragons so the nutrition is minimal. The dragons themselves are a range of browns, reds, and oranges. This clan of dragons is called Keahi. Their leader, Scourge, is a strong red dragon with a huge scar across his right eye. He has battled for his people since he can remember. His father was known as a legend amongst his people until he lost to the Maluhia tribe, which is the dragons Juno just met. Now Scourge thirsts revenge for his father.

Back in the cave, we see Juno hyperventilating. She asks Lance,
“What do you guys need from me that would make me more qualified than your dragon-doctors?! Why does it have to be ME??”
“Because” responds Lance, “you were prophesied in the ancient murals.”
Juno looks at him with a baffled expression, “The-what now?!”
Adele grabs a torch that was illuminating the area they are standing in. She proceeds to brush past Juno to some vines on the cave walls. She grabs the vines and rips them off the wall. This reveals a giant carved mural with depictions of fire covered dragons striking all kinds of dragons from different clans. But then she notices a carving that looks awfully similar to her own reflection.
“Why am I out of all people in this prophecy?! I haven't even graduated from my medical studies yet!” said Juno.
“Because” said an unfamiliar voice,” the war has begun sooner than prophesied.”
There was a tall grey dragon standing in the corner. He looked like he had been in many brutal battles. He starts limping over, close to where Juno is standing.
“Who are you?” asks Juno.
“Kael” says the mysterious dragon.
Now that he is closer she realizes he is a much older dragon, who has clearly been through a rough time.
Kael reveals “And you, Miss Juno, are the key to saving our kingdom.”
