  M.A.G.I.C: The mysterious organization of mages who reside in Europe. They control the Old World and have agents infiltrated all over the world. Their power scale goes from Lower to High -Class Mages. Further information will be revealed later in the novel…

  Order of the Holy Maiden: One of the Orders of the Catholic Church that protects the world from evil. This order is made of women, specially novices and nuns. Their power scale is Copper the lowers, and moves up to Bronze, Sapphire, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Not much is known about the organization, further information will be revealed.

  Mexico City: Mexico City is Mexico's densely populated, high-altitude capital city. It is famous for its Templo Mayor (a 13th-century Aztec temple), the baroque-style Metropolitan Cathedral of Mexico City from the Spanish conquistadors, and the National Palace, which houses historic murals by Diego Rivera. All of these landmarks are centered around the Plaza de la Constitución, the huge main square also known as the Zócalo.

  Zocalo: The Zócalo is located in the heart of the area known as the historic center of Mexico City, in the Cuauhtémoc district. Its location was chosen by the Spanish conquistadors to be established right next to what was previously the political and religious center of Mexico-Tenochtitlan, capital of the Mexicas.

  Tenochtitlan: The founding myth tells that Mexico-Tenochtitlan was populated by a group of Nahua tribes who migrated from Aztlán, a place whose exact location is unknown. After wandering around the vicinity of Lake Texcoco, the future Mexicas settled in various points of the Basin of Mexico that were subject to the altépetl of Azcapotzalco. The migration ended when they founded their city on an islet near the western shore of the lake.

  Xochimilco: The famous Xochimilco canals, the last remnants of the extensive transportation system created by the Aztecs, lie in southern Mexico City, next to a hard-working working-class neighborhood. Colorful gondolas take visitors on rides alongside boats of food vendors, artisans and mariachis. The atmosphere is festive, especially on weekends. Tourists can also visit the creepy, supposedly haunted Island of the Dolls.

  Isla de las Mu?ecas: The Island of the Dolls, located in the canals of Xochimilco, south of downtown Mexico City, very close to the Estadio Azteca football stadium, is a town on the Teshuilo Lagoon and one of the main attractions of the canals. Broken and deteriorated dolls of various styles and colors are found throughout the island, originally placed there by the island's former owner, Julián Santana Barrera.

  La Llorona: La Llorona is a vengeful ghost from Mexican mythology who is said to cry for her children, whom she drowned in a fit of jealousy. It is a legend told in Spanish-speaking communities in the United States and Latin America. La Llorona is characterized by her deep, macabre screams and heart-wrenching cries. It is said that whoever hears her will suffer misfortune or death, and that their life will become a failure in every area.
