Sorin activated his limiter ability and set it so that his signature would read at the level of someone below tier 5. The ability itself was rather convenient as he could deactivate it and immediately be at full power again as there was no fill requirement for his core and channels as he didn't have any anymore.
He did some testing and realized that there were some other limits to his power. It was a strange feeling as it wasn't the usual type of fatigue, but much much deeper. He tried to push passed it, but immediately recieved a notification from his HUD warning about overtaxation of the soul if he continued, which he guessed was not the same as spirit as the system knew it. Just more questions and mysteries about everything that one day he hoped he could unravel.
The other limit was his mind. Controlling vast amounts of aether gave him a searing headache that left him shaken and hard for him to focus. He could however push a little passed this, but he found the drawback to be like a hangover after a hard night at the bottom of a glass. Luckily though, it took some serious power to reach those points and he could fight at full power for quite a while in the perspective of combat which really didn't last long.
He was now moving quickly back to the port city there had to be notices out about him at this point, so he would probably have to stow away, which was fine. It was a matter of information gathering and getting to the ship itself. There was a lot he didn't know though.
Scanners, inspections, and other means of detecting people like him. He was sure he could beat it as all was aether to some degree, but could he beat those things quickly enough to remain undetected?
In his makeshift plan, Sorin figured that if he could get off planet, he could essentially become a ghost and never be seen again until he got back home. Sure there was a possibility that he could get spotted by high tiered people, but he couldn't stop at this point.
Sorin watched the travel authority building which had a lot people going in and out for travel. Ships of various sizes were coming in to land and were lowered underground from the platforms above and going after being raised back up. Security was very active and scanning different documents passed the ticket counters. He never really cared before as he never had enough to get by anyway.
Sorin had learned a long time ago that there is always a rhythm to the world. If you watch long enough there are always repeating patterns that are built into creatures be they social or antisocial. Humans no matter where they are from always have a tendency to move in groups whether they mean to or not. There is a sense of safety to the general masses in numbers, not knowing that groups allow for great danger if someone knows how to play the crowds.
Sorin wasn't looking to harm anyone and was remaining completely hidden by the bending of Photons around himself, but to further add to the deception Sorin entered the authority building at the end of the group using them to go through doors and distract even further. Sorin continued running through his passed experiences with security and threat detection and had it once again confirmed.
Very few organizations actually care about the details. Most people recieve some training to meet the minimum standard with a few exceptions, but most people are there to earn a check then go home.
Scanner guy at the front of the line of security made this point once more. The guy was always looking down and never making eye contact or even scanning the room for things that just don't belong. Unless Sorin went out of his way to get the man's attention, he would miss someone wheeling a bomb in. The guy was bored and complacent. Everyone was showing their tickets and getting them scanned against their identification which was a crystal that was quickly plugged into a notch at the security desk and pulled out quickly right before the person walked through another scanner.

Sorin watched for a little while seeing no action in spite of the people many were carrying weapons, liquids, and other items that back home would have been flagged and the people practically tackled for. After about 20 minuted went by and still the security personnel beyond the scanner didn't move. Sorin shrugged and moved toward the scanner which is where he saw the expected notice and a picture of himself
WANTED
SORIN EKART
APPROX TIER: 15
CRIMES: TREASON, TERRORISM, LARCENY, GRAND DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, SEDUCTION.
"Seduction?!" Sorin hissed to himself. "The heck does that even mean?!"
Sorin shook himself and put it behind him as he noticed that little noise made one of the guards look around before getting back to what they were doing.
As he approached he flicked his creation gaze on and looked at the scanner itself. He was looking for the aether that made up the scanner itself. It wasn't even running all the time. It turned on and off as people came through at the press of a button by someone else watching some screen.
Sorin let out a frustrated sigh and went toward the scanner. He let an obese man who clearly thought too highly of himself go ahead and right after the scanner was switched off, he went through and kept on walking.
He had to squeeze around the rotund man in order to kept walking through toward some screens ahead of him for departures. Quickly reading line by line, he luckily found a ship headed for Delphi leaving in approximately an hour and a half.
It wasn't long that Sorin was at the gate and boarding the ship which was quite large and was set up more like a cruise ship. Lounges, workout locations, cafeterias, sleeping quarters, movie theaters, and even a pool. As he moved lower into the ship he found martial art training areas, and even further down he found the cargo hold that was behind a heavy steel door that didn't even slow him down.
Inside the cargo hold he saw tons of luggage in cargo nets strapped securely to the wall. After a quick look around, Sorin jumped up on top on the softest looking stack of soft bags and cases and stretched out to get comfortable for the flight.
He had been going non-stop for a long time and needed the rest. Sure he had more ideas to continue building his path, but his mind was exhausted and he had no motivation to do anything, but sleep.
He laid his head back and was dead to the world.
- Unknown time later -
Sorin cracked his eyes open, which was the most accurate description of the act as his eyes were essentially sealed shut from time asleep. He had no idea how long he had slept, but he kicked his feet over the edge and jumped down from his make shift bed. Looking around, he could tell that they had taken off and had been flying for a little while as there was a thin layer of dust on everything.
He made his way to the door and headed back up the decks to find out how much longer he was going to be waiting. As he passed the training areas, he paused watching some hand to hand sparing and technique practicing. Some children going at it at the extreme lower tiers with flashing signs everywhere specifically prohibiting any power use beyond tier 5. After a few minutes of watching, Sorin moved on to the rest of the ship. As he looked around he saw people sitting, eating, drinking, swimming, and doing a host of activities. He was careful to keep his sense out of rooms as he wasn't a fool as to what else people got up to on flights where they had privacy.
He moved to the front of the ship, passed a security matrix and looked at the different screens. After a moment of reading from screen to screen, he found it.

Sorin slumped and went back to the ship. He was hidden and could relax for the most part in comfort and that is exactly what Sorin did for the next month....took a well deserved vacation.
