I thought that instead of simply not posting today, I would give you a brief update to explain why this is happening.

  The situation is this: the next arc, as it was originally written, came a bit too abruptly and left some of my patrons dissatisfied. After listening carefully to the feedback, I decided to make a small but important change to the storyline.

  Rather than launching directly into the next arc, I will be adding a few additional chapters to smooth the transition.

  That said, I need a bit more time to properly work through the ripple effects of this change. Because of that, I will not be releasing a chapter today. Regular releases should resume on Friday.

  I know this is disappointing, but in my opinion, the changes will be well worth the wait.
