“The people who were bad, jealous, and envious of my family tricked the people against us and declared all of us black magic practitioners, also accused us of the crime of harming and killing people.”

  “The people in outrage killed my whole family brutally; they didn’t even spare the kids and the women of our family, but luckily, I survived. Later, I killed all of those people who were involved in the killing by using magic. That is why I am here, and we are not the same. You killed and harmed people for your benefit, not because of any reason, and most of the people were innocents, so yes, we will never be the same.”

  Ivaan was just gazing at him in silence.

  “You can do to me whatever you want,” he said, “I don’t fear you or Lord of krimisha”.

  “I was a kid when my whole family was killed by the raiders,” said Ivaan with tearful eyes, “after that, a witch or my another mother took care of me, fed me, gave me love and taught me how cruel the world is and we can only survive if we live with same cruelty as the other people we live with.”

  “When the people get to know about my witch mother, they tortured and killed her. So, in return, I burned all of their houses and farms, kidnapped many men, and sacrificed five of them to resurrect my mother, but before I could do that, they killed me.”

  “Then it is not your fault, it is the fault of your mother,” he said

  “It isn’t her fault, she was the only person in the world who gave me love and all the things I needed,” said Ivaan

  “I understand,”

  “Anyway, even if we are different, you can still help us in our work, the lord didn’t say to us to harm anybody, he just wants to get out of hell as we want,” Ivaan said. “So, what’s wrong with that?”

  “Maybe you are not seeing things for what they are,” he said

  “What I’m not seeing?”

  “What do you think, what will Lord of Krimisha do when he gets out of hell and there will be no one to impose control over him?” he said

  “I don’t know, maybe he will live his life and will enjoy his freedom,”

  “And what exactly does that mean?” he asked

  “I don’t understand. What are you trying to say?”

  “For us having freedom and enjoying life is different than the Lord of krimisha having freedom and enjoying life” he said, “he is not a human, he is a powerful divine entity and if he came to earth then only one thing will give him enjoyment is ruling over mankind and using them for his own pleasure because he is powerful then all of us, so he can do whatever he want and we can’t do anything about it”.

  “So, this is the reason why you are not supporting and agreeing to Lord of Krimisha.”

  “Yes, I was when I thought that there was no option,” said Ivaan, “but now I know that there is an option. I’ve made many mistakes, many children’s lives got destroyed because of me, whom I wanted to give a good life. This is an opportunity to redeem myself and make amends for the things that I have done”.

  “It’s good to know that there is someone like me,” he said

  “I will never be like you and your family, you and your family did a great job that my mother and I couldn’t do,” said Ivaan, “but I will try to be like you.”

  He moved his hand forward for a handshake, “We will not let the lord of Krimisha succeed.”

  “Indeed,” said Ivaan, and both of them shook their hands.

  “So, what’s the plan?” he asked.

  “For now, there is no plan, we will do as the lord of Krimisha says,” said Ivaan, “and when we get the right opportunity, we will attack and destroy his whole plan in such a way that he will not be able to try it again.”

  “Okay, but how will you do it?”

  “We will find a way,” said Ivaan, “We have to make him get caught by the other lord of hells or Lord Yama himself.”

  “But the plan of Lord of krimisha doesn’t make any sense,” he said, “even if he is able to leave hell somehow, he will not be unnoticed by the other lords of hell and lord Yama, and they will bring him back to hell, and he will get punished for not performing his duty”.

  “It doesn’t make sense for us,” said Ivaan, “but for him it’s different; he was present in hell since the time of lord Yama, so it is possible that he knows more than we do about hell. He should have a plan in his mind to save himself from other lords of hell and Lord Yama.”

  “So, we have to ensure that his plan shouldn’t work,” he said

  “You can say that, but our focus will not be on failing his plan.”

  “No, it's not,” said Ivaan, “we will not do anything to fail his plan; instead, we will help in his plan so that he will not get suspicious about us. Our purpose will be just to make him get caught by the other lords of hell.”

  “We will not change anything in the plans provided by the lord of Krimisha so that he will think that he is winning, and then he will not pay attention to what is really happening, which will make things easier for us.”

  “Do what you think is right to do,” he said, “but remember you have my full support and help whenever you need”.

  “I know, it's hard to forget,” Ivaan said with a smile

  Ivaan caught a voice calling his name from behind. He turned around and saw a man standing in front of him

  “What’s the matter?” asked Ivaan

  “Lord of krimisha wants to meet with you,” said the man, “he has summoned you”.

  “Okay, tell him I’m coming,” said Ivaan, “now you can go.” The man went back the way he came.

  “Don’t forget Ivaan,” he said, “many lives depend on you now.”

  “I know,” said Ivaan, “I will not make the same mistakes again, and no one will suffer the fate as I did.”

  Lord of Krimisha was looking at the souls practicing magic in front of him.

  “Took you quite a while to come here,” said the lord

  “Forgive me sire,” Ivaan said, “you would have noticed a man who was opposing us during my speech. I was warning him about the consequences of his actions so that he would not become a hindrance or obstacle in our plan.”

  “Good,” the lord said, “that is what I expect from you.”

  “Sire, I have a doubt in my mind,”

  “What’s the doubt?” asked the lord

  “We all were thinking about how we can get you out of this hell,” said Ivaan, “but we all were worried that your absence in hell would cause a problem for you, while you will be living in the earthly realm.”

  “That is none of your business,” said the lord, “I’ve given you one and only task to take me out of this hell, after that, what happens or what doesn’t happen shouldn’t concern you.”

  “Okay sire, I will remember it,”

  “So, what’s the plan?” asked the lord, “How are you going to get me out of this place?”

  “I have an idea, but I don’t know if it will work or not.”

  “Try me.”
