What did I do wrong?
I minded my own business...I worked at a meaningless job for 10 hours a day with minimum wage, sure it wasn't the best job, but with the education I had, I was satisfied. To be honest, I really wanted to be a teacher when I was in High School. You see, I worked at an indoor pool in my younger years as a swim coach for little kids. For some reason, I loved to teach and put a smile on their lips as they finally understood things, but more importantly, it made feel like I belonged somewhere. Then...reality hit me in the face. And I'm not talking about giving me a slap, I'm talking about getting a full truck of shit thrown in my face.
Stolen story; please report.
My mother got hospitalized for cancer, my dad left me and sister ran away from home with a junkie. There I was, out in the rain a late night all alone. Life moved along, and finally, I ended up as a cashier in a convenience store around the then corner of my poor apartment. But this ain't a story of misfortune. For all the grievance, pain and suffering I have gone through, god decided to give me another chance. Maybe it wasn't in this world. Maybe it wasn't as a super rich boy. But, at least he gave me a new shot. This is the story of my second life, the story of Rahm Windrider..
