Cough cough, I woke up with a start (insert gif of Gandalf after becoming White, I mean resurrecting).
I was cold, and there was sand everywhere. Looking around, I saw a beach with a massive mountain to my left and a stormy ocean to the right. I could see much further than in my last life thanks to the six eyes, but they hurt like hell pretty soon. I also noticed I was completely naked because I did not wish for clothing or initial supplies. Dammit! I thought I was so smart, but no, I had to go for long-term benefits, completely forgetting about basic needs. (Anyways, now's the time I speak about how, before I died, I was a survival expert or in the military, so I'm very capable. But I wasn't, and I'm not all that capable; I'm just a disgusting Otaku. What do you expect from fanfiction?)
My priorities shifted from my harem and power to food, clothing, and shelter. Luckily, I had watched Survivor and been a scout when I was younger. I activated my power kit (it felt a bit like riding a bike). I created a small swarm of nanites in the palm of my hand. It looked like black goop. Using the initial knowledge and my telepathic link, I programmed them to track and break apart plant biomass, then replicate themselves until they reached a mass of one cubic meter. That's a huge amount of nanites to start with.
The reason for doing this is because their creation is not free; I convert dead cells into nanites, so it's not a problem until it becomes a problem. Better safe than sorry. Over the next four hours, you could see me moving branches, sticks, and leaves to form a roof propped up by two big trees near the beach and a nice comfy mat of leaves to sit on. It was afternoon when the nanites were done having consumed three small shrubs nearby. I was starting to worry they might eat a bit too much.

I am quite small, like a five-year-old, so the one-meter black block looked massive. I rested with my back to it as I mentally programmed them to form a very rough-looking toga and sandals. This wouldn't be possible without the super brain, even if it is limited by my age and lack of food.
Next, I looked into the very basic memories that I have now for survival equipment and anything useful. I used the rest of the nanites down to a small glob again to make fishing gear, fake bait, knives, five basic saltwater purifiers, and more simple clothing if the night is cold and full of terror, as I have to wear double.
With that done, I had the nanites get back to eating like the little apocalyptic threat I knew they could become. After I was done setting up the fishing equipment and water purifiers, I started trying to make fire. It's all about friction, you see... I knew the principles; I had the drive, but I'm now five. I simply didn't have the strength. Gojo was boosted with cursed energy, but this body doesn't have that. What about the nanites, you say? To this, I say it's hard to get them to make even simple things like how to get them to make sparks. I currently didn't have flint, steel, metal, or even glass. The nanites were made of a sci-fi super material supported with unknown logic that could convert materials into nanites and then turn into various states based on a set program. They can't make a lighter because I have no gas; same with flint.
OK, right, with the fire plan temporarily put on hold, I decided to check on the fishing setup and then work on programming the nanites. By the end of the day, I sadly had no fish and no fire, but I did have wiggles. It was my masterwork: a small clump of burrowing nanites that were set to locate metal and minerals, eat it, then pop it out in a specific location for each type found.
I was very proud of him with his simple binary intelligence. I just hoped he wasn't eaten because it would be gross for the poor fellow who had wiggles eat his way out of them looking for materials. With that set, and as light faded, I set up the nanites to keep consuming to refill the cube and make a set number of Mr. Wiggles to look for metal and minerals every time they had a full block. With my rumbling stomach and sore eyes, I sat down.
