Scene: Hokage Office – Morning

  Sunlight pours through the blinds as Kakashi, seated at the desk, watches with narrowed eyes. Naruto stands nearby, a baby clinging tightly to his jacket. Sasuke enters, and to everyone’s shock, another baby clutches his cloak with equal desperation.

  Naruto (awkward laugh):

  “So… uh, what do we do now? Looks like they picked us.”

  Shikamaru (arms crossed, calm as ever):

  “I guess they feel safe around you two. Could be chakra, instincts… or something else.”

  Sakura gently opens the door, holding the small bundle. The baby’s eyes are still shut as she places him on a cushion.

  Sakura (softly):

  “This kid… hasn’t opened his eyes once. Maybe he’s scared.”

  Sasuke (kneels beside her, thoughtful):

  “…What should we call him?”

  Sakura (after a moment):

  “Ryouta.”

  Sasuke nods. As if responding to the name, the baby suddenly lets out a laugh and opens his eyes. Both Sakura and Sasuke freeze.

  Sakura (sharp):

  “Wait—what the hell?”

  In one eye: the star -rinnegan,madara eternal mangekyou and kaguya byakugan combined swirling with power. In the other: the Rinnegan, cold and ancient. Sasuke (shocked, whispering):

  “Impossible…”

  Sakura (cracking knuckles, voice cold):

  “Whose kid is this, Sasuke?!”

  Sasuke (half-laughs, deadpan):

  “Madara and Kaguya’s… from another universe. That explains everything.”

  He gently lifts Ryouta, holding him close. A long sigh escapes him.

  Scene: Uzumaki Household – Night

  Naruto places the mysterious SD card on the table, holding it between his fingers.

  Naruto:

  “Hey, Hinata. Wanna check this out with me?”

  Hinata (nods softly):

  “Sure.”

  Just as she leans in, the baby beside her grabs her hair, tiny fingers wrapping around it gently.

  Hinata (smiling warmly):

  “He’s scared. Doesn’t want to leave me.”

  Naruto (his smile fades):

  “Something bad must’ve happened to him. Before we found him…”

  Hinata (placing a hand on the baby’s chest):

  “…I hope not.”

  They sit down, loading the SD card into a viewer. The screen lights up, casting a pale blue glow on their faces as the truth begins to unfold.
