How does one traverse this seemingly endless void of space, illuminated by only the smallest specks of light and life, trickled along the weaving path of galaxies? Is it by faster-than-light-travel? A wormhole perhaps? A magical power? Or a rift between dimensions?

The true traversal along this pithy celestial fabric does not come in the form of locomotion, rocketing corporeal forms across the pit-stops of reality. It is, in fact, more subtle and yet simultaneously more intense.
For the real truth of this universe is not rendered unto us by the physicality of life, nor measured by the beating of the heart, nor even interpreted by the shocks along each neuron within the brain.
—It is a notion uniquely crafted to each soul's desire, which transcends all boundaries and barriers and brings us to where we truly belong...
So, with that in mind, you may find that this is a tale of one such longing soul, which found his way to where he belonged, with a little help from an unexpected place, of course.

The plot-line for this story is Science-Fiction/Fantasy-Adventure in nature; it is not "just" a Romance, though the Romance is a central part of the story. So if you're here for Romance, you won't be disappointed on that front either, I hope.
The Romance is a Boy x Boy / Male x Male Relationship. If you have a problem with reading stories which include GAY characters and romantic interactions, then you will probably not want to read this.
The Romance is a: "Slow Burn" Sub-Plot. Meaning it'll take a while for the good fluffy romance stuff to build. (i.e. Characters will not just immediately fall in love with each other or start making out for no contextual reason, so be patient.)

An entirely fictional, Alternate-Universe, on the planet Terra-Romas (The counterpart to Earth in this story) (Also referred to as just "Terra" sometimes).
In this world the Roman Empire never fell, but was reformed in the modern era into The New Romas Republic, which spans the entire globe.
