1st Regiment, Imperial Army "Big Bck One"
-the military unit whose area of responsibility is at the northern limits of the empire. As such, the 1st Regiment is composed of military veterans of the Ilocano wars.
2nd Regiment, Imperial Army "Semper Fi Regiment"
-the Imperial military's primary 'reserve' unit, the 2nd Regiment's task is to reinforce the 1st and 3rd regiments if the necessity arises. Because it is the 'reserve' unit, it was given the nickname 'Semper Fi,' as Oriental military trainers always demand total obedience from its members.
3rd Regiment, Imperial Army "Taga-bantay/Sentinel"
-a military formation of the Imperial Army of the Orient tasked to guard the capital city of Mani against the forces of the Republic of Pasig. Because of their area of responsibility, the 3rd Regiment is considered an 'elite' formation.
4th Regiment, Imperial Army "Tiradores Del Muerte" (Sharpshooters of Death)
-another 'elite' military formation of the Imperial Army, the members of the 4th Regiment prided themselves as the 'spiritual successor' to the original 'Tiradores del Muerte' established by famed Filipino general, Antonio Luna, at the height of the Filipino-American War. Their area of responsibility is in the isnd duchies and counties of the empire to the south, consisting of Mindoro Isnds, Lubang Isnd, and Romblon.
5th Mechanized Regiment, Imperial Army "Spearhead"
-the only mechanized military formation of the empire, the 5th Mechanized Regiment is another 'reserve' unit, though this one is meant for breakthroughs and fast maneuvers.
6th Regiment, Imperial Army "Senyales" (Signals)
-the Imperial Army's main eletronic/counter-eletronic warfare formation, the 6th Regiment trains hackers, propaganda influencers, and drone operators that help in auxiliary work on the battlefields. Also, unknown to many, the 6th is also the empire's covert operations regiment, with many of its members embedded in other formations to provide 'commando services' to every Imperial commander.
7th Regiment (Airborne), Imperial Army "Bakunawa"
-the airborne assault formation of the Imperial Army, this unit was named after the mythical 'bakunawa' - a dragon-like serpent said to devour the moon and the sun, and cause earthquakes.
The Imperial Guard Regiment
-while its insignia bears sembnce to the ones used by the Imperial Army, and its members drawn from the Imperial Armed Forces, the Imperial Guard Regiment is never a part of it. Instead, the command of the Guards is only answerable to the sitting emperor. Needless to say, such arrangement often brought tensions between the Imperial generals, and the Guards.
