As we all know, our nation began as a group of French colonies that eventually gained freedom and established the Union. The uniting force that drove it to solidarity was the great Uncle Eagle, one of the first and the first recorded Beast Blood. He had us achieve freedom and resolved issues until his death at the hands of Arch Duke Ferdinand which sparked World War One.

  After that initial spat with Germany, it became an arms race which resulted in the Second World War. Then the beast blood started appearing more often at, seemingly, random. This caused the Third and Fourth World Wars. The Fourth is still raging amidst the East and Middle East. My report is on a cousin of mine. As of the latest declassified reports on beast blood troops, he was still alive and absolutely murdering all enemies of our democracy. He is the most dangerous person in my family, and I pray to never meet him.

  Allacard B. Young was born on July fourteenth of nineteen eighty eight. Allacard is a feline type beast blood, covered in black fur with green eyes and gold skin. While he tried to weasel out of service with young success, his parents, my great grandparents, swindled it all away. A few billion dollars, and a few hundred million that they borrowed against him, gone down the drain and with little to show for it.

  Yes, they pissed away more than some countries earn in a century in under thirteen years. You may have heard of the band Malicious Ignorance and it's leader, that was him. You may have envied that the stetvis engine was put behind red tape, but that was invented by him as well. Maybe you had hoped that the quantum computer to have found a path to peace, too bad because that's in red tape because of my grandparents tried to swindle that as well.

  Allacard was a fast learner from a young age. He had a portfolio that would make most billionaires and millionaires tremble, I got a return email from the one trillionaire. Tronald C. Must would fear him, if Allacard weren't stuck fighting anticapitalist scum in the Middle East for the foreseeable future. He will likely be doing so until his tragic demise.

  Allacard was licenced as a technician before the age of eight by Hitoshisung, yes the company know for the magic wand despite them making tons of other things including nuclear reactions, aircraft, and weapons systems. The only reason why he couldn't get a driver's license, pilot's license, or ship Captain thing was the restrictions on beast bloods. It is likely for the best for everyone that those restrictions are in place.

  He was very successful in business and the stock market, but everything was under his parents names. Everyone knows that beast bloods have a tariff on living, something along the lines of five thousand dollars a year. If the tariff is fully payed to date and kept paid off, the beast blood is given citizenship. Most people who have not been blursed with a beast child don't know that you can borrow money from the government with the child as collateral. This adds the amount of the loan to the tariff delinquency. Allacard had a total delinquent tariff of over seven hundred million dollars when he was taken into the Bestial Debters Penal Forces.

  If the tariff goes unpaid up to the sixteenth birthday of the beast blood, or has any outstanding amount, they are drafted into a special branch of the military. This, on paper, allows them to work off the debts and eventually earn citizenship through honorable service to the Democratic Union. As none citizens, they are put under a branch of the Foreign Legions; specifically the Bestial Debters Penal Forces. It is not a pleasant branch to exist within.

  The Foreign Legion has a one percent death rate of regular trainees, that number rises to five percent among the regular Penal trainees and twelve percent among Bestial Debters. The regular Legionaries stand a sixty-five percent chance of completing their service and earning citizenship. Penal Legionaries are only twenty percent likely to survive it. Bestial Debters have not had a successful citizenship in the past fifty years. The regulations of that branch have relaxed in the recent decades due to the sharp decrease in beast bloods being born, but that's not the focus of my report.

  Allacard B. Young has been in the Bestial Debters Penal Forces for fifty two years. The life expectancy of a Bestial Debter after deployment is usually measured in hours. This should give you a decent overview of what kind of a thing Allacard is. Born in eighty-eight, started making tons of money, got swindled, was shipped off to the Legion in O-four. It's twenty-fifty-six now.

  While his survival on the Middle Eastern front for so long gives a good representation of what kind of a tough and merciless bastard he is, it just doesn't represent the kind of intelligence that accompanies that strength and resolve. We covered the stock market involvement, the music, and some of the inventions. He had a full blown mad scientist thing going on behind the scenes, inventions that will never be seen or discussed outside of the most secretive of meetings.

  He knew what was going on and did his best to fend it off. He failed. I personally am appreciative that the insane mad scientist murder furry is being a problem for someone else. Let us begin with a quick summary of his training and first action report.

  Allacard B. Young passed the hellish basic training in six months, the usual time. He did so with minimal injuries and it is suspected that his parents preemptive measures for his music career helped. It's an uncomfortable fact that singers sometimes are castrated to preserve their voices, but the Bestial Debters are all done so to prevent pregnancies and sexual misbehavior.

  Apparently not having to heal from that while in basic training is a boon, and it's supported with evidence by more than a few other beast bloods over the years. The first thing is getting a tracker, then sterilization, then straight to PT. After that they got a uniform, if there were any; there had been a massive increase in the beast blood population between the early eighties and twenty ten.

  Allacard finished basic with a recommendations for use in multiple different areas that were understaffed. The Commander didn't see recommendations as worth anything and sent him straight to the front. It is noted in the report that they were so badly underfunded at that time that they didn't have enough uniforms. Allacard went into battle wearing nothing but the tracker.
