He was astonished that so many stats for a first class evolution was possible. Upon looking at the specifics of his class he was confused.
Tank like stats with what seems to be a movement based class? What is happening? This class offers tanking stats with no offense. High mana regeneration with no magical Aptitude. 0 magic stats? 0% affinity for most elements and super high affinity for Dark and Void? A strike of luck. Having access to an advanced affinity is insane.

Xeke started sweating profusely looking around the orphanage's training grounds, making sure no one noticed his discomfort. He approached the trainer and whispered “I’ve Leveled up and no longer need the training”.
The trainer looked at him with an expression of surprise “That fast big guy?” Xeke had always been tall for his age “You best be off to the Town hall to register your accomplishments young one. I’ll notify the clergyman”.
Xeke was afraid he'd say that, as an orphan once you reach Level 5 you are no longer a ward of the orphanage and have to work 1 year at least at a position that serves the empire. As repayment for the years of food and board. He gave the trainer a nod. As he made his way out of the training grounds he couldn't help but wonder where the empire would place him. He could only hope with his stats he would be allowed to work for the adventuring guild. Xeke always wanted to get out of this city and explore the world, maybe after a time find a way out of the Realm of Zakar.
As he made his way he looked around at the various stores and how run down they are. In this part of the city everything is struggling to hold on. The beggars disease ridden covered in rags holding up cups and looking at each passer by. At least he wouldn't end up like them relying on the kindness of the poor to afford a meal, that is for a year. The city has always had an overpopulation issue, too many mouths to feed and not enough jobs to go around.
After a half hour trek he finally made it to the town hall. This is the time, he thought. The deciding factor of his next two years of life. On this day he thought he would be excited, full of glee. He only felt a cold claw wrap around his heart, helpless to his feelings and his future. He opened the door and walked inside. He walked up to the front desk and addressed the regal looking woman behind it.
“Hi, I've been sent here from the orphanage to register my class.” She looked him up and down, giving him a look of disdain. Clearly she doesn't think much of low born citizens.
“An orphan boy are you? Very well you will have to wait for the Mayor’s assistant. He should be available soon” she replies while gesturing to the seats beside the desk.
Xeke gave her a nod and meandered to a seat. Great another hour to stew in my thoughts. I could be assigned to help out the adventuring guild or maybe even a transporter. With this weird transporting ability that'd be great. Maybe before dark I'll be able to test out Phase. After waiting an hour a plump man walked up to the front desk and after having a small chat with the woman at the desk walked up to me. “ You must be the orphan boy come to register?”
“Yes, I was sent here immediately after advancing.”
“Very good, come with me and we will have you sorted." He turned around and started walking further into the town hall without bothering to see if I would follow, but follow I did. He led me to a room that had a table in the centre and a tablet. He gestured to the seat “Sit down boy and place your hand on the table this process will only take a minute.”
Xeke couldn't help but feel nervous as he placed his hand on the tablet. He could feel his hand vibrate and a strange feeling washed over his body until writing appeared on the tablet. Displayed on the tablet was his stats, abilities and class. As the man read the tablet his face took on an expression of surprise.
“I've never seen this class before, and what is with these stats? It is terribly uncommon to have a movement ability along with tanking class stats, especially teleportation.” he read on further “These affinities too, nothing in fire, wind, earth or water? That's unheard of. It should at least be at 5% in each in the low range. Also an advanced element in the first class evolution. Boy this just doesn't make sense”.
With every word Xeke felt more and more uneasy. “Is it that bad?”
“Not necessarily. Just different, usually the first ability is a sure sign of what a class will focus on even rare classes like this. However these stats don't match the ability at all a first class evolution having a +5 in one stat is a rarity, but in two stats almost unheard of.” he gave me a reassuring look. "It's alright boy it just means I'll have to forward this to the higher ups for your placement. It might also take awhile to place for your year of repayment to the empire. Stay at the orphanage for now and I will send word when they get back to me.”
Xeke gave the man a nod and left immediately, head still full of wonder for his unorthodox class. He quickly made his way back to the training grounds. Xeke was not the kind of boy who likes mystery. While he waits for word from the empire, he won't be sitting idle. It was time to find out how this ability works. He arrived at the empty training grounds, the other kids must have finished their training. Picking up a stick and drawing a line in the sand he prepared himself. His exhilaration at being able to finally use an ability brought a smile to his face. It was finally his time.
